A healthy human body needs seven different types of nutrients to thrive: protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, fibre, and water. Good foods and liquids contain all important nutrients as well as protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. We also have nutrients such as vitamins and supplements, but when we talk about nutrition, we mean the nutrients we get from food.   

Nutrients are the substances in food that our body needs to function and grow. The food also provides micronutrients, vitamins, minerals. If your diet does not match you, you won’t get the food you need, your body will not tolerate it or there are supplements available to supplement your diet and your nutritional needs.   

Protein-rich foods such as legumes, milk, eggs, vitamin-rich vegetables, and meat are recommended for this purpose to build enough muscle for a perfect body. Some foods provide complete protein, i.e. Contain all the essential amino acids the body needs. Most plant-based foods do not contain full protein, so a person on a vegan diet needs to eat a range of foods that provide all of the amino acids necessary every day.   

Consuming a variety of healthy foods provides the body with various vitamins. Vitamins and minerals are nutritional components that support general health and play an important role in cell metabolism and neurological function. By eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals, we contribute to keeping a healthy immune system healthy.   

A nutritious diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, and proteins can help maintain healthy body weight. A balanced diet, including fruits, vegetables, milk protein, and foods with whole grains, can help the body to get enough nutrients. A balanced diet with fruits and vegetables and low-fat foods can help to support a healthy immune system.   

To maintain and keep your body strong, you need a balanced diet, namely a nutritional one. If people do not have the right balance of nutrients in their diet, the risk of developing certain health problems increases.   

Effective control of food intake and nutrition is the key to good health. A healthy diet means not eating more than 2,000 calories a day and not eating meals at all, because we tend to overcompensate, and it is up to our daily calorie intake to get the right foods.

Two-thirds of people who eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday report that mental health problems and well-being are protected by ensuring that our diet is rich in essential fats, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
